Banned Technique List
Staff Ruling
The following techniques on this list are banned from use by the Staff, simply because these techniques existed in the Canon merely for display, power, or as a signature ability of a Canon character. Some of these techniques are also non-canon. Some may be removed as more information is available.

Danzou's "Reverse Four Symbols Seal"
Kekkei Genkai Techniques
Dark Release: Inhaling Maw
Dark Release: Third Eye
Dark Release: Judgment
Obtainable Techniques List
These are techniques that a shinobi can obtain, for either the right amount of requirements, pre-requirements or word count. Some may require the sacrifice of humans, your own flesh and blood, or in extremely powerful techniques: your very life.
Dark Juujutsu
Edo Tensei : 1500 words (Requires a human to be killed IC to use)
Hitokugutsu : 1500 words (Requires a human to be captured IC. In order to create your puppet, please submit to the proper board, and complete the word count)
Kekkei Genkai Techniques
Uchiha
Izanagi : 2500 words (Lose 1 Sharingan after use, permanently)
Element Related Clans:
Water Canon Replica (Must possess Water Release as part of your Advanced Element)
Sand Manipulation (Must possess the "gene mutation" of the appropriate clan)
Artifact Oriented Techniques
Gelel Stone (Must be obtained via wordquest)
Thunder Saber
Plasma Ball
Raging Thunder
Tornado Lightning
Shield of Amaterasu
Sake Gourd of Susanoo'o
Kusanagi Sword
