Unlike the cannon series, this site is much further into the future of the Naruto World. That being said, there are many things that will be allowed and many things that will not. Guns, to an extent, will be allowed. Obviously, all bullets or projectiles shot from guns will be able to be dodged to avoid god-modding. Devices such as mp3 players, headphones and cell phones are allowed. No motorized automobiles are allowed for rping purpose only. Robots or robotic limbs are only allowed to puppet masters.Guns are completely limited to those with Weaponry as a specialty! Those without Weaponry as a specialty may not possess guns or anything related to guns.
